At rugcult, every rug is made to order and shipped worldwide with care. This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your order.

Processing & production time
As our rugs are hand-tufted to order, please allow a production lead time of 4–5 weeks from order confirmation and design approval before dispatch. Timelines for bulk orders are confirmed at the time of enquiry.

Shipping destinations

Shipping methods & charges
Shipping is arranged to suit each order and destination. Samples are typically dispatched by courier (such as DHL or FedEx), while larger and bulk orders are shipped by air or sea freight as appropriate. Shipping costs are quoted per order based on destination, weight, volume, and method, and confirmed before dispatch.

Export documentation
As an India-based, IEC & GST registered exporter, we prepare and manage the required export documentation for international shipments.

Transit times
Delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated transit times are shared with your shipping quote. Please note that customs clearance in the destination country may affect final delivery times.

Customs, duties & taxes
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details where available so you can follow your shipment.

Delays
